My children were fortunate to have attended SJC. The education they receive here far exceeds public or charter schools. The teachers are caring, nurturing, and only want to help the children. Sr. Mary Elizabeth is wonderful. My children graduated from SJC and were prepared for high school. They have great memories of the school and have formed lasting friendships.

I'm a 1966 graduate and attended during a time that the area was called Fort Apache. My single mother sent me there to get a good, religious education and to be safe. It was the best time of my life. I made 4 good friends that I'm still close to after 50 years. We all went on to get post graduate degrees and become professionals in our respective fields. St. John's is an integral part and anchor for that community. God Bless them and the work they do.

I am a 1950 graduate who went on to Cardinal Hayes, St. John's University, and later, careers in the beverage industry, music, the Army, and, finally, political elected office. St. John Chrysostom provided all the essential basic, education I needed in a successful life.
