My kids have grown up at this school, and I have also worked here for 8 years which gives me a unique view behind the scenes. From a parent's perspective, my kids have had some great teachers and have made HUGE progress academically. Both of my oldest kids are testing a few grade levels ahead in reading, and my child that struggles with math in general has made some HUGE strides in that area. As an employee I can see the care and effort being made to push the school in a positive direction, and I can't wait for other people in our area to discover the best kept secret in education in Baton Rouge. Four stars simply because no place is perfect, and there's always room for growth.
