In elementary school, I had a million ambitions and no idea where my life would go. Merryhill allowed me to explore all of my options and find something I`m passionate about. If it weren`t for Ms. Russell-Hart`s class, I never would have taken art in middle school, or gone to a magnet high school for art. I`m now a full-time artist ten years after leaving fifth grade and I`m not sure that would be the case if I hadn`t had the education Merryhill offers. It gives me so much joy to see some of my favorite teachers still working there and even more so to know that the generations of students after me get to experience their classes as well. The memories and knowledge I gained at Merryhill will stick with me forever.
