Monroe Catholic Junior-Senior High School is a coeducational schools established by the Diocese of Fairbanks in 1946.
Within the mission of the Diocese, the school's role is to create an environment of academic excellence and a compassionate Catholic Community to foster academic excellence through a challenging core curriculum; to prepare students, through education, to proclaim and live the Gospel of Jesus Christ in word, worship and service; to encourage students to dedicate themselves fully to such values as personal discipline, mutual respect, moral clarity and moral integrity; and to prepare students for the vocation of leadership and service in church and society.
