- 5:1 student to teacher ratio in Reading/Writing/Math. 10:1 in elective/core classes. All lunch and activity periods are faculty supervised. All students, all grades, end each day with class-sized and faculty-supervised Homework Hall.Many of our students are enrolled here for remediation with the intention of transitioning after a solid foundation of skills has been established, while many other students remain here to graduate based on his or her needs. High School coursework fulfill options and requirements for graduation from NC High Schools and entry into UNC-system colleges and NC community colleges. Dual accreditation from SACS/SAIS.
